cpd25 Evidence Base Survey Report 2007 |
|
During June 2007 cpd25 surveyed UK academic libraries in order to asses the current state of staff development policy and practice in the academic libraries in the UK. Thirty four individual library and information services replied. This survey was based on a questionnaire used to conduct a survey of staff development policy and practice in Australian libraries in 2001(Smith 2002). This survey provides a follow up to a similar survey conducted by cpd25 in June 2004 which was focussed only on the academic library consortia training support organisations of M25 (cpd25), NoWAL, SALCTG and Oxford University Library Services.
The full report, provided by Evidence Base, Research and Evaluation Services at the University of Central England in Birmingham, can be accessed here.
