4. Programme 04/05
Seminars:
Project Management: Report from Rose – the event was an overall success; however the breakout session in the afternoon was not as productive as hoped for. The scenarios given to the delegates were too vague, and it would have been better to have used preset scenarios.
Space Management: Now scheduled for November 2005. Reason for delay was finding the right speakers, and getting the focus right. One idea was for a speaker from an Estates department. Possible names suggested: Maureen Wade, LSE, Jane Author, Hatfield, Vivien Robertson, KCL, someone from SOAS.
ACTION: Martin to contact Nick Bevan for suggestions.
5. Programme 05/06
Partnerships / Mergers / Collaborations: umbrella event
This would form a 2 day umbrella event, potentially for about 40 delegates.
Carole confirmed that cpd25 Steering Group are happy with the concept.
ACTION:
Carole to look into the Partnerships portion.
Catherine – Mergers; may be able to utilise connections at Senate House, such as David Pearson.
Carole to contact Kingston.
Martin to investigate LIL scheme, contact Caroline Lloyd
The sessions are likely to be about 45 minutes long, with 20 minutes for the speaker and the remaining time for discussion, to be guided by the speaker.
