5.    Programme 2003/2004

    Seminars

•    New Managers & Senior Managers Skills Workshops
Elaine was able to report that both these series were very successful.  Both programmes were oversubscribed.  The feedback had been extremely positive with a few suggestions for minor improvements or adjustments.

6.    Programme 2004/2005

    Core Events

•    Coping at the Counter
As this event had been so popular in the previous programme the group felt it was an essential session to run again.  In the first instance the group felt a session in the second or third week in November 2004 followed by another session in March 2005.
Sheila Ritchie will be approached to run these sessions again by Jacky Camroux

•    New Managers & Senior Managers Skills Workshops
The group agreed that these workshops formed a crucial part of the programme.  Hudson Rivers have already agreed to run these series again.

•    Emotional Intelligence
This event was so oversubscribed that the group felt it was important to run it again as it’s clearly an area that the sector is interested in.  The group felt May would be an appropriate time to run this event.
Caroline will contact Ash Charlton

•    Breakfast Briefing – Leadership
In order to meet the needs of Senior Managers the group felt a Breakfast Briefing on Leadership styles would be the most appropriate format.  Donald suggested the Leadership Trust as an organisation that could provide this level of briefing.
Donald will contact the Leadership Trust

Val will lead on this event to be held in November 2004
