3. Matters arising
Kate Price has resigned as she has taken on extra responsibility with UKeiG.
Kathy Paterson has also left the group.
Janet expressed the groups thanks to both for their work, and especially to Kathy who provided some very original ideas for cpd25 events.

She may be replaced by somebody else from Reading, otherwise Dave and Jean will investigate an alternative replacement.

Two new members are welcomed to the group, Jennifer Treherne and Pat Simons.

4. 2005/06 Programme:

What do users want? Kathy, 23rd May
This event took place at the Brunei Gallery and was reported as a sucess.  

International Students – Kathy, Jane, 4th July
This event was again a success, running as a full day with student speakers from Bangladesh, Africa and China, with sessions from Alison Barty, Andy Seymour and Helen Singer.
The feedback was good, but many people felt there was a bit too much content for one day, as we did not finish until 5.15.

5. 2006/7 Future Programme:
All events provisional, subject to confirmation

Visit to Imperial War Museum - Jane, first visit in September, then repeat in October. 2 hour visit for 15 people.

Visit TBC - Barbican Library, with British Museum as a back burner possibility. Eilis and Helen to invesitgate.

New Web Technologies - Implications for LIS
RSS, Blogs, VLE's, Online content - June, Eilis, Antonella, Pat, Helen.
