Founded in 1707 the Society of Antiquaries of London is one of several learned societies based in Burlington House, Piccadilly. The Society's principal concern is the study and advancement of archaeology and associated disciplines related to the study of the past. It's historic library and museum collections comprise printed materials, manuscripts, prints and drawings, paintings and artefacts.

This visit will be a chance to see the Library and hear what it's like to manage a diverse range of materials and collections.
