Staff Development Officers Forum 1: Low and No Cost Staff Development

cpd25 is very pleased to offer an afternoon discussion forum on providing effective in-house staff development on a shoe-string budget – or for free!

The event will begin with lunch at 1pm, followed by the first of three talks commencing at 1.30pm:

· '23 Things City': Helen Westwood and Verena Price

· 'Learning Hours at LSE': Jo Taplin-Green

· 'Learning Hours at Anglia Ruskin': Norman Boyd

Delegates will then have facilitated group discussions designed to help you to develop your own ideas for free and low-cost staff development, as well as how to engage staff at all levels and encourage participation.

We’ll round up the discussions with a final plenary session, and facilitators will disseminate the notes to delegates after the Forum.

Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day, the full fee will be charged.
