The course will be delivered by Michelle Sinclair who delivers training in UCL to students, staff and trainers. Michelle has received certified TAP (Trainer Assessment Programme) accreditation from the Institute of IT training Booking Information: Cost for individual sessions is £35 for CPD25 members, £45 for M25 affiliate members and £60 for other institutions, including refreshments.
